SpaceLab at Conner Prairie at Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, Fishers INDIANA - Saturday, April 20, 2013 *** 9 a.m. - 3p.m. *** Ages 9 and older join Spaceport Indiana for SpaceLab, which is a chance to explore the universe through the eyes of astronauts and scientists preparing to travel and live in space. Discover what it takes to survive outside of Earth''s atmosphere, eat in a weightless environment, travel in a space craft and much more through hands-on activities led by Mission Specialists from Spaceport Indiana. Learn about the history and future of space exploration as you build lunar landers and launch mini rockets. You will explore how Spaceport Indiana is getting ready to launch the Hoosier state into commercial space and encounter out-of-this-world careers in the space industry.
